Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise.

Un peu à l'écart d'Amboise, nous sommes bien chez l'habitant : il faut passer dans leur salon pour accéder aux chambres. C'est plutôt agréable de pouvoir échanger avec les propriétaires qui connaissent bien les alentours et l'histoire de la région. Facile pour stationner et wifi convenable. Les chambres sont propres et la literie de qualité. Le bémol est l'horaire du petit déjeuner. Au plus tard à 8h45, c'est un peu tôt pour un séjour de visite et de détente. S'il est bon, le petit-déjeuner est un peu frugal. Autre point négatif : l'insonorisation. Nous sommes chez l'habitant et cela est très bien, mais dommage d'être réveillés à 6h30 par leurs activités. En résumé, la prestation est bien mais un peu excessive pour le niveau proposé Dernier point : Il est possible de voir la pagode après quelques minutes de marche

Nous y sommes allés en famille avec nos 3 filles en bas age et avons été très bien accueilli. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants & aux petits soins. Le gite dans lequel nous avons dormi (séparé de la maison principale) est parfait : confortable, propre, moderne. Je recommande à 100%

Nous avons séjourné dans le gîte Idéal pour famille 2 adultes avec 2 enfants (6 et 10 ans nous concernant) Gîte au top : espaces optimisés - Belle salle de bain spacieuse ! 2 vraies chambres - et décoration faite avec bcp de goût. Accès au jaccuzzi. Et à tout le parc avec salons de jardin, poules en liberté, moutons … et fleurs superbes Hôtes charmants. Croissants déposés devant la porte le matin. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région ! Un vrai Havre de paix entre 2 visites de château !
