The location is handy for shoppers. Walking distance to the bus. Kind front desk staff manager/owner who was very helpful about advice and travel tips. Handy lockers to store your bags after checkout.
Our room had 4 beds and a sliding door to a “patio” area. The patio area was nice to have to be able to see the mountain but it was run down and in need of some repairs. The towel rack bars were broken in the bathroom. The bathtub pipes seemed a bit blocked as water backed up into the bath instead of draining.
The lobby area has some nice seating and a bar type area.

Un "hotel" Muy céntrico, eso es lo único bueno que tiene, el servicio como nunca antes lo había visto, más de una hora haciendo el check-in, otra hora para que nos dieran toallas, máquina del café estropeada(al servicio le daba igual), hacer reseña en particular a la recepcionista (una mujer sudamericana embarazada) a la que le daba igual cual fueran tus necesidades o problemas que ella no iba a mover un dedo por ayudarte, parece inaudito que ese tipo de personas estén trabajando de cara al público, un trato recibido por ella NEFASTO. NO ALOJ**** AQUÍ!!.

Nos hemos alojado 3 noches en este hotelucho de mala muerte y os recomendamos que por un poco más de dinero os alojéis en algo mucho mejor. Para empezar al hacer el check in a las 14:00 horas tardaron UNA HORA en darnos la habitación supuestamente porque la estaban limpiando, cuando a partir de las 14:00 horas tienen que estar las habitaciones DISPONIBLES. Para rematar, fuimos con nuestro perro de 11 meses y se dedicaron a llamar a la policía porque mi perro se soltó de la correa y lo tuvimos que buscar por las escaleras y regañar, llamándonos una recepcionista embarazada MALTRATADORES. Señora recepcionista, dediquése usted bien a educar a su futuro niño, que seguramente lo va a hacer de perlas (nótese mi ironía) y déjese de meterse y opinar en la vida de los demás de CÓMO TENGO QUE EDUCAR A MI CACHORRO Y MUCHO MENOS FALTANDO EL RESPETO. Si vas a faltar el respeto de cómo tengo que educar a mi perro y a meterte donde no te llaman, no permitas entonces animales en este hostal sucio, viejo y cochambroso. No os alojéis aquí porque no hay más que gentuza y el servicio y la limpieza deja muchísimo que desear. Buscad algo mejor por un poco más de dinero. Por mi parte no volveré jamás y espero que mi opinión sirva para que la gente no venga más.

Habitaciones muy sencillas. La recepción está en la primera planta y para acceder a las habitaciones hay que coger otro ascensor. Desayuno pasable. Limpieza regular. Servicio normalito tirando a deficiente. Estuvimos dos noches. Te ponen una toalla pequeña por persona y ya no te ponen más en toda tu estancia. No volveremos.
