Excellent and friendly staff and hospitality. very helpful front desk and security staff (always friendly and ready to assist) rooms are neat and tidy and well kept (with room service) air conditioning very welcome in the heat good restaurants and food.

Comfortable stay and pleasant experience. The young ladies at the reception, and at the breakfast buffet were very helpful and efficient...excellent customer service. ***y thanks. Rooms are spacious but could do with some upgradation. Area in the washroom for bathing is a little small.

I came here to attend official meeting. This is one of the finest hotel of mpt. Rooms are so good. we enjoyed our stay here. Good staff. I personally surprised o see such hospitality in govt run hotel. Best of luck all of you for future. Will come again with my family.

Wonderful place Palash hotel . Staff very nice helpful respectful . My stay was very comfortable. Room spacious and clean . Staff knowledgeable. Two restaurants.. both very good and clean and hygienic. Tasty food. The people are here amazing.
