It was okay because it was close to the airport and I didn't have a lot of luggage so I could walk.

We stayed 2 nights as we were visiting the local aerospace museum. Our room was compact, but comfortable although the bed and pillows were not great. The staff were mostly attentive and pleasant and we enjoyed a drink and bar snack one evening which was of a good standard. Breakfast finished at 09h30, and the buffet was being cleared away whilst we were still eating, which seemed unnecessary. The staff member could at least have asked if we wanted anything else before it was cleared. Overall it's a convenient stopover in this part of Toulouse.

Although the actual room was nice and comfortable with some good none news English TV channels, there was not a proper restaurant in the hotel for dinner. Also there was not an early morning shuttle bus to the airport. Instead we had to pay €20 for a 5 minute taxi ride. Next time I would pay more and stay at the NH Airport Hotel.

Property is simple and clean. The customer service we received from Christina is wonderful. She went above and beyond and made our stay very comfortable. We really appreciate her showing where we can dine out too. We had a great experience overall. Thank you!
