I booked this hotel menu because of the high rating but in the end it was a nightmare.
After driving in -60 for four hours, I have to deal with a room with no heat, no phone to call font desk!! I have to use my own phone to call on desk. how international traveller be able to reach the font without actually stepping down? The front desk people were super nice tho. But the infrastructure is way to suck! They gave me an external heater, a small tiny one, but it blowed the fuse in seconds. Lol no microwave. no thermal system in the room. It was freezing cold. no underground parking parking spot is super limit. The elevator was very manual. I have two actually holdon to the handle to push out the door…no blocking between moving elevator and the wall. even though there is an interesting look of it, but it’s not so user-friendly when I have a huge suitcase with me. If there is a small kid, it’s huge safety hassle.
