Great stay, everything you need, really good location. I wasn't the person paying, but I believe it was very good value. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. I'd particularly like to mention the woman who was on the desk when I arrived about 10.30pm. I was feeling exhausted and a bit fed up after a difficult day, her welcome was perfect - quick and efficient, friendly and welcoming, and immediately cheered me up after my day. Thank you.

Perfect for an overnight stay in Cheltenham with very friendly staff. Located close to the middle of the town makes this an ideal place to stop over when visiting the town of Cheltenham. If only the staff could control the weather - it rained last night. Maybe next time.

What an amazing guesthouse. Great central location. Beautifully clean and comfy, well appointed room with very well planned layout. Quiet location. Got permit to park on the street at a good price. Lovely breakfast with enough choice. If I had to find anything negative it was that the lady working at breakfast did not greet us or smile at all and our window could have done with a blackout blind or curtain lining.

I stayed in a single room, and I found it to be well worth the price. The breakfast had a nice array of food to choose from, and the service was friendly and informative. A nice bed, great pricing, and good service. Not much more you could ask for.

Everyone was pleasant, room was clean and location is good for central Cheltenham . However, having the bathroom outside and down the corridor is not right. The shower was the smallest cubicle I have ever experienced . If you use the hotel do not have room 15 . Check to ensure you have en-suite

A lovely overnight stay in a great location just past the main high street, the room was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. I got an unexpected free upgrade to a double room which was a nice added touch. Would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with the stay, the room is cozy and comfortable to live in. The location is very close to cheltenham city center. The staff is very welcoming. Special kudos to Deepali. She was very cooperative and was super assisting.
