Nice hotel in a landmark building in a super location. Not much of a lobby, but then it originally served a different purpose. great little gym. Nicely appointed room. I really enjoyed my stay!

Having stayed at this boutique hotel before, it was a first choice again. This time the noise level was extremely high and disruptive! Not many hotel food choices, but the food at Miss Ricky’s was outstanding!!

Everything about my stay was great. I arrived early thinking I’d have to have them hold my bags while I went out and about until the room was ready, but they were able to get me into my room two hours early. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was great, the location is convenient and safe. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Chicago.
