The room is clean and tidy, and the balcony can see the sailboat dock. The scenery is very healing from the fatigue of the journey.

Very poor hotel, the quilt is visibly dirty, repeated power outages, the windows cannot be closed, the air conditioner has no hot air, there are few lights in the bathroom, and there is no breakfast. But don't be fooled by this bad hotel.

При всем уважении и понимании невысокой цены, отель ужасный. Даже при такой цене можно создать чистоту, уют и доброжелательное отношение. Зимой, в декабре, при температуре +10 нет номеров с работающим кондиционером на тепло. Мы приехали со спящем на руках ребенком и бегали из номер в номер, чтобы найти работающий кондиционер. Окна при этом открыты, в коридорах курят, слышимость чудовищная! И даже видя, что мы с дороги и устали, ребенок спит, а в отеле больше никого кроме нас, работник не решили гулять у нас под номером и громко смеяться в соседней комнате. Про завтрак я вообще молчу, это не завтрак, а издевательство. Подали буквально то, что не тухло в холодильнике. Яичница, оливки, огурец и помидор. Всё! Возможно летом там приятнее, хотя я думаю, что очень жарко без кондиционеров и шум тоже никуда не деть. Плюс только один - близко порт и если вы приехали путешествовать на лодках или отправиться на Родос на пароме, что для одной ночи подходит, но не зимой! Я туда ни за что не вернусь, простите.

Based on the bad reviews I expected a very bad hotel, however it was okay, as long as you don't expect any luxury. The breakfast was okay and the area is very good, the view from the hotel is very nice. However, the staff didn't speak English at all, which was a bit disappointing.

We’ve been in turkey for weeks and stayed in dozens of properties in this price range.
This one was by far the worst. Sure it’s well located to the old town, and has a nice view.
On the whole it felt dirty, grimy and uncared for.
Breakfast was standard.
The view was nice, but the quite suburban street outside turned into a racetrack at night. Hardly slept due to the noise of cars racing with loud stereos. Only stayed one night before moving to a better hotel for a better price.

Whole place smelt like sewage, when we asked to move rooms due to the intolerable smell in our bathroom all the staff either couldn’t understand or pretended not to understand. We eventually left and didn’t stay and the property and they refused to refund our room rate

The only thing that liked was location and even that was a stretch. The property was in a shambolic state, cleanliness was shocking, room small and dinghy, fixings was falling off, AC picked and choosed when wanted to work, had hot water room off a room directly over my tiled stairs to room, so made both a slip and scolding hazard. The stairs to my room wasnt level, the walk way to room was all overgrown and entrance area was filled with tatty furniture aswell as many damaged fittings. This is definitely not a property for comfort of cleanliness and even the costing after staying here i now feel was fair to high for the standards of the property.
