The environment is very good, the swimming pool is beautiful, sit and watch the sunrise and sunset🌇;
Perhaps affected by the epidemic, the upgrade of equipment and facilities has been delayed for several years; some equipment is old, and some of them are not hygienic!

The venue was beautiful and clean. Most of the staff was friendly and accommodating, unfortunately we had to go to the front desk 3 times to ask for housekeeping to come. At one point I called the front desk because we were very low on toilet paper but no one came. Also, if a guest would like a shuttle ride to the entrance of property, the attendants should be allowed to do so.

Nice rooms and would be good in summer.
Beautiful pool views. But in winter nothing to do and isolated. Tarpon restaurant is not attractive but the food is very good.

hotel was beautiful in the lobby and restuarants/ bars and patio and pool areas. Room was clean and terrific. bed was great.
servers were terribly slow, but friendly. The food and beverage director was a "hustler"; he was helping everywhere !! and he was constantly trying trying to help every customer-Great Job!!
I hope I get this guys name correct; Brener in the pool area, good young man, was constantly hustling and moving! (He helped improve the service eval and our experience) Great Job !! please give our kudos !

The perfect location. Most rooms have water view. Paid for waterfront got a side view but requested a change and got it. Not a party place which makes it the perfect tranquil getaway. Had brunch at the restaurant.
Restaurant staff were friendly, and very courteous. One of the waitresses saw us taking selfies & offered to take our photos. Extremely nice lady!
Young guys at the reception are too casual but pleasant.

The counter in the bathroom had 20 or so tiny ants that appeared to be dead. It was cold outside during my stay but there was no heat in the room (just A/C)

Property is quite a drive to any decent restaurants (10-15 min). Hallways very cold and smelled musty. Had to request additional blanket and pillows multiple times. Beds very uncomfortable.
