Red Roof Inn Fort Worth - Saginaw

It was a dump and the guy at the desk was beyond rude and unhelpful. The room was dangerous, no outlet covers, no screen on the window, burnholes in the linens and people camped out at the bottom of the stairs inside in camp chairs drinking.

Unfortunately we had rented a non smoking room and when opening door for stairs to 2 nd floor where our room was all you could smell was cigarettes!! You could smell the cigars smell everywhere upstairs

There was so many issues with this hotel. We went to check in at 3:30p, process was normal. When we arrived to our room, the door was open and hadn’t even been cleaned yet. Same thing happened to other guests on the same floor. We went back to the front desk and was assigned another room. After arriving to the second room, the conditions, we felt were, were unsafe. Ac was broken, vent in restroom filthy and full of thick lint/dust, mildew/mold all around the tub, the wall around the shower was cut out and hadn’t been filled or caulked or anything and the mirror was filthy! The exterior was no better! Every AC unit was broken outside and they tried to cover with makeshift vents and barbecue grills! Our neighbors had cheese on their ceiling, no vent in the restroom but it was an open space with wires hanging down where it used to be and their shower had old caulking underneath the spout covered in mold and rust. This was disgusting and concerning enough that we had to go check into another hotel because we felt unsafe there. I do NOT recommend this place. Also one of the front desk gentleman was extremely rude and tried to blame guests for those mishaps. I took pictures as proof but unable to upload them here.

This picture isnt what you will see when you pull up.Pool is filled with dirt , roaches in rooms blood on doors we did not stay. i would not leave my vehicle or prsonal things on property very sketchy

The location did not look safe, the photos on the wed site need an update because it does not look like it does on any of the photos, and the front desk was rude and unprofessional towards my husband and I. Also they allowed people to be on the sides of the building drunk and sleep on the floor

The room was comfortable, although the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor due to it being wheelchair and the lip not being large enough to keep in the water. The entire place stunk like **** the entire time we stayed there, despite us being in a non-smoking room block.

If i could leave a review of 0 I would. This place was filthy! Blood on the door and floor, rooms not clean, staff rude, roaches, trying to charge us extra for handicap accommodation, ppl lived there and their kids played paintball in the parking lot next to cars, a guy was *****ping paint off the hood of his car all hours of the night right outside my window and then there were truckers bringing lot lizards there to screw. We couldn't afford to leave and try to find another hotel in the area, as we were in town unexpected for a funeral. To top it off, they charged our credit card multiple times for the room and only tried to "fix it" when we threatened the police. I have contacted the BBB.

Front desk are friendly. Housekeepers are amazing and friendly. Rooms are huge!

It was not a very clean hotel to stay in. When I asked for someone to come and clean my room They said they would. And when I came back from church It wasn't. And then the manager said he would send somebody right away. But nobody ever came. And as far as the revending machines they didn't even work.
