地理位置較好，門口有公交站，步行至惠州學院正門約5分鐘，無疑是距離惠院最近的旅店。
房間設施齊全，非常乾淨衞生，熱水充足。東面臨街房間雖略有路噪，但可見湖景，視野開闊。
老闆認真盡責。客觀來説確實是超預期。
