Quality, cleanliness and availability beyond my expectations, despite having booked only one day in advance we were welcomed as regular customers, the reception was perfect in organizing and managing our check-in early. Beautiful and spotless room, friendly staff , professional and caring. I have stayed in many hotels and I can confidently state that those who carry out their profession in this facility do so with passion and dedication to the customer, because knowing how to "welcome" is an art and here you will find true artists. The only regret is for having stayed only one night, I hope to soon remedy this by returning soon.

Marco and Alessandra (sp?) were amazing . Such great hospitality. Close to airport, and they provide the shuttle service that was so stress free. The room was so clean and so comfortable. I was just there to rest my head for a short night to catch an early flight and it was perfect for my situation.

You can't beat the location of this place and the convenience with their pick-up and drop-off service to FCO. The breakfast spread is definitely worth it and a nice start to your travel day.
The Inn is clean and maintained really well. We had one of the rooms on the top floor with a bunk bed for the kids. It fit us and 3 large roller bags well for an overnight stay.
You can tell that a lot of thought was put into each room and also with the room, toiletries and other amenities.
The breakfast that they offer downstairs, which was setup as a spread for our table and it was really good. We also used their drop-off shuttle and it was super convenient. Remember that both of these are cash only and to have enough cash to pay for these, in order to save a side trip to get more cash (which they were happy to do on the way to the airport).
I would definitely stay here again, especially if leaving early, or in the metro area just for the night and not visiting the city.

An amazing guesthouse. In my 30 days in Italy this was the nicest room. The hosts were terrific. They even offer a shuttle service to Fiumicino airport.

Alex, Marco, & their children were extremely helpful in getting us from the airport, providing help in figuring out transportation to the sites we wanted to see, having amazing breakfasts, assisting us in ordering dinner in, & just making our stay fantastic! We loved the big balcony & spacious room with all the really nice amenities! We stayed for 3 nights & would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful night's Day at this lovely Inn near the airport. Shuttle picked us up, check-in was easy, they made dinner reservations for asset a fantastic little seafood place walkable distance, breakfast looked fantastic that we did not have time to eat it, and after a quick cappuccino they took us back to the airport for our flight out. The room was clean well equipped and the family-friendly staff exceptional!

When I think of an airport hotel, I have low expectations. A place to sleep then go. This location challenges that thought. A friendly welcome from a family owned and operated small Inn. An ultra clean and conveniently located place very close to the airport for a quick morning get away. Great locally owned restaurant recommendations, and a friendly atmosphere make this the place you should stay, if you need to be around the airport.
