Marmara Luxury Hotel not only has a very good location and convenient transportation, but also the hotel owner and staff are very enthusiastic. Especially for us guests from far away China, they try their best to help us through simple English communication, such as helping us Contact us for the bus pick-up from NAV Airport to Grain and help me call a taxi to IST Airport. Let us accompany you and make you feel cordial!

The location is great and the value for money is really good. It seems worth using again next time. It was interesting to see that there was also a hammam bathtub. I think the small meal was okay.

The hotel is generally not bad. The renovation is a bit old. The view of the emergency staircase and the wall was from the room. There was no toilet paper in the toilet. The shower built into the wall is inconvenient to wash. There are slippers, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner. Breakfast more or less. The location is great. The staff is friendly.

The ideal location, plus the owner was very nice, super friendly and willing to help!! 10/10 quality-price ratio.

Room without window, everything else was ok, but the rooms are small.

The hotel was fantastically located. Not so clean. And in the photos, it looks much better—poor breakfast.

We stayed in a family room with 1 double bed and 3 single beds. It was a bit tight considering the low ceilings. Nice hot shower was a huge plus. The mattresses were a bit on the soft side. Breakfast was adequate with a small selection of cheese, rolls, cold meats, cereals and eggs. Service was good at breakfast and the front desk. Location was great as it was close to all the tourist sites in the old city. For the location and price, it is a good option to consider.

Amazing location and VERY friendly stuff! Close to the hotel there are subway, train, a lot of sightseeing, Bosphor bay, Bazaar. Across the street there is the nice cafe, with loyal prices and tasty food. You save your time and money. The stuff is open to help in all your questions and concerns. If you book transferee from hotel, you may relax and do not care about luggage or road. And the silence in the hotel is very good, we stayed 6 days and did not hear neighbours. And also you get the traditional breakfast in the morning. Great cost for great service!

Nice stay in the heart of the old city Istanbul...location superb...short walking distances to the Egyptian and Grand Bazzar...lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby...staff great special thanks to Osman Mahmood and Ahmed (sorry If I misspelt names 😉) and a nice lady at the reception. However dont expect big rooms as the photos may be misleading...I booked a quadruple room for a 10 day stay on *********** but found it to be too small for the four of us( 2 adults and 2 teens) ...I was willing to change hotel and asked for a partial refund on our first night. This was not granted but they did their best to provide us with an additional room free of charge which was awesome😍...hats off to them ...Special thanks to the cleaning lady who was marvellous everyday for both rooms...breakfast supplied also appreciated...❣
