The hotel staff is very warm and friendly. Xiao Zhao at the front desk is very good at service and is very patient with guests' questions. The hotel is well-equipped, clean and sanitary, and has a good environment. Recommended

The room is okay overall, but some facilities such as air conditioners are old; the service is not satisfactory, we stayed for two nights, but no one cleaned it; the breakfast is very simple.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. The shuttle picking us up was fine and there were no issues getting to the hotel from the airport. However, the hotel is definitely run down with a need for updates or renos. I never complain about hotels and this is my first ever review. Although the hotel was livable, and okay to stay at as a layover hotel, I would recommend finding other options in the same price range. The hotel had an old, musty smell and the room was definitely dated. Here were our main complaints: 1) The sheets on the bed were stained. So much so that we asked them for new sheets. As it was evening, they just gave us new sheets to make the bed ourselves (no problem). 2) The room appeared to never have a deep cleaning done. For example, the clock radio/power centre next to the bed looked like it had old soda stuck to it and then dust on top of that. So if you touched it, your finger would stick to it. 3) The staff, although friendly, were not entirely helpful. English was definitely their second language and they didn't seem to know much about transportation around the city. We had to figure this out on our own. For example, we asked if their was a bus that we could catch to downtown Miami, and we were told that people didn't take buses, just Ubers. We later learned that there was a bus that passes right in front of the hotel, which we took everywhere. Overall, this was not one of our best hotel experiences.

The website indicated that a shuttle would be available to pick us up from the cruise ship. Both the hotel and ******* would not honor or compensate us for having to pay for our own shuttle bus service we had to purchase to get us to the hotel. The shuttle service from the cruise terminal was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Easy to find. Next to a nice small ***** mall with plenty of restauratnts options. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast, set up, staff, choices and fresh meal. Rooms are ok, clean and plenty of pillows and sheets. Bathroom completely dissapointed. It looks like they haven't update since 1970's. The tub already lost the enamel and it looks dirty. The price We had to pay at this hotel was outregous, too expensive for the 3 star hotel with no restaurants or bar. I know it is spring break, but no one should take advantage of that to raise prices soooo high. We HAD to pay that high price, We had no choice. I feel like ripped off and will think twice to go to another of this hotel/branch.

The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the pool area. The hotel needs some love…our bathroom had some issues (rust all over the door frame, cracks in the tub/shower wall). Guests across the hall were loud and up late, which impacted our ability to sleep.

We were able to find several dining options within walking distance to from the hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was provided as well.

Staff very helpful in resolving any concerns. Housekeeping excellent. Room with 2 queen beds spacious. Bathroom needs some attention - paint peeling, door hinge rusty. Breakfast typical Hampton Inn. Hotel very cool, takes time to adjust to AC level.

After a long day of flight delays and lost/misrouted luggage we called for the hotel shuttle. We had been told earlier that the shuttle was available until 11pm. At 10:30 when we finally received our luggage I called and was told the driver had left for the day. The desk receptionist was kind and understanding and told us to get a taxi and the hotel would reimburse us up to $35. We did and once we arrived to check in she was very pleasant and the check in was smooth. There were no more rooms like we had reserved so she upgraded us for free. We were able to reserve a spot in n the morning shuttle to the cruise terminal as well. We were given cash for the taxi reimbursement too. Very friendly and helpful!

Overall, nice place. A lot of finishes have been updated and the staff was nice enough. There are a few pieces that could definitely use attention, like paint peeling or old, ratty carpet in common areas. But overall very comfortable for a night before getting on a cruise ship.
