Facilities quite good.Service lalso nice but we have to pay 150 MYR for early morning check in at 6AM 😥. I think check in time is very late.Breakfast is buffet but not many choice .Rooms are cleans enough.

My child 2years old incidentally hit by coffee table (very unstable and not suitable to be put in family suite), and admitted to hospital for t&s. I called for first aid at the first place from hotel but was told not available and need to wait for one hour. I decided to bring hospital immediately as the wound at right foot oozing with blood and i just applied tissue with direct compression. This issue already informed to manager and they apologised for this matter with a bit compensation. Hope this problem not recur in the future

Room quite spacious, clean & tidy. near to KLCC 10 mins walk, Pavilion 15 mins walk. but breakfast tak dahsyat mcm hotel2 lain sekadar nasi goreng, 2 lauk, sosej+chicken slice, pisang, cereal, roti2. pilihan air hanya orange & pineapple juice, mesin kopi.

Room: The hotel room was spacious & cool. The bed was nice. But my toilet has a water leaking problem at the bidet. Anyway, the bathtub was great! Amenities: I enjoyed the rooftop pool with KL tower view and its clean. Nice! Breakfast: Can be improved, only got options just nasi goreng, cereals, pastries, breads. Paid rm40 for an add on breakfast for 1 pax but personally I dont feel worth it. But I enjoy the rooftop breakfast view.

Excellent staff. Supposed to stay 1 night only, but we extended our stay for 8 nights. Again, the front desk staff were so helpful. Will return again to Cormar

The hotel is very clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, Location js great walkable distance to the malls and also food is good

It was my third stay in this hotel in last 3 months and can say its perfectly located in KLCC. You can walk to all the important places like Suria KLCC and petronas twin towers. Train station is nearby and good food is availabel all around the hotel. Staff is very helpful including the room cleaning people.

This hotel has a laundry room which is quite rare since it shares with a service apartment. The room is generally clean and well kept. It's about 7 min walk to KLCC, but if you want to visit other shopping areas, you probably need to have your transport. The breakfast spread is reasonable although not the widest range, but you get to dine in rhe roof top. One thing I don't really like is that the carpark is narrow and requires sharp turn, definitely not easy to drive in and out if you come in a big MPV or SUV.

Very strategic location..In the middle of the city with Petronas Twin Tower just within walking distance.. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Probably need to look at the pest control as I saw a cockcroach crawling out from the floor in the night..

Everything is super good; the only thing towels are not so white. The rest is super good.

Excellent suites close to KLCC Park. Great value for money. Room is lovely, well decorated and immaculate with washing machine and fridge. High tech, with face recognition for entry and to use lifts. Close to restaurants and My News and 7 Eleven and close to walkway going to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. TV has YouTube and Netflix. My favourite place to stay in KL.
