The description of this hotel states that it has three stars, but it should say minus three stars. We are accommodated here by a travel agency and this is really shameful. The staff is extremely unpleasant and unfriendly, girls from our group had their gold earrings stolen. The pillows seem to be made of stones, the bedding is torn. The hotel is a 20-minute bus ride from the center of Sorrento.

1 for awful. Mold in shower. Clerk was rude. No refrigerator in room. Bed was like a roll around bed and mattress hard as a rock. Coffee in the morning was pathetic. Walls are so thin you could hear everything in rooms next to you. AC didn’t work And when you complained they said it’s seasonal even though it’s probably 80 degrees in the room. Very pathetic.

Traveled here with a Cosmos tour. Breakfast was basic, coffe was ok. Air con works well. Very narrow hard beds, thin threadbare towels and pillows, mold in the bathroom. Far from any major center but there are restaurants and shops in this village

The beds are like concrete and no internet in the room we were given that were across a dangerous road. Food very average..no salad or cooked breakfast...worst hotel of our Italy trip..not 3 star . The only plus was the pool which was lovely.

Small hard beds and pillows. Staff rude and surly. Food unacceptable with no choice. Only cooked veg offered over 3 evening meals was potatoes. Salad consisted of lettuce and carrot. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. On a positive pool was nice

Hotel ben gestito ed attento alle esigenze del cliente. Stanze comode e pulite, colazione con buoni prodotti. Logisticamente ben posizionato per visitare la *****ola Sorrentina. Piscina comoda ed utilissima per rilassarsi dopo le visite in costiera. Parcheggio privato utilissimo

Het hotel is gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Ik had schitterend uitzicht vanaf mijn balkon. De kamer was ruim en elke dag weer goed schoon. De mensen zijn hartelijk en attent, en doen graag een stapje extra voor je. Er is een ruim terras en een fijn zwembad waar je prettig kunt relaxen na mooie tochten langs de Amalfikust, door Sorrento en naar het eiland Capri. Het allerindrukwekkendste vind ik het volgende. Nadat ik in het volgende hotel was aangekomen, ontdekte ik dat ik mijn safe in hotel Central Park niet helemaal leeggeruimd had. Ik had alles eruit gehaald, behalve mijn huissleutels. Na telefonisch en emailcontact met de manager van het hotel zijn de sleutels opgestuurd naar een bekende van mij, en ik hoefde daar helemaal niets voor te betalen. Wat een service!
