Really bad hotel, first of all, you will be arranged on the first floor. It was dark and cold. I see other high-rise floors are arranged for those staying in the back, and the first floor is prepared for Chinese people, and they are treated differently. They have a disco on weekends, and it doesn’t end until 1:00 in the morning. You can’t sleep because of the loud noise. Whether it’s you or Ctrip to communicate, it won’t have any effect. In the end, their front desk didn't answer my call. Had another flight at 6am the next morning and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Really dismal lighting, and even though the place seemed almost deserted, we were given a room with an interior view. I wouldn’t take this hotel again.

As usual, we had a great weekend there, and found it restful. Our little dogs also like the hotel, the room, and the grounds. The staff is polite, professional, and like our dogs also. We wish the club access had a hot breakfast on the weekends, but we were still OK with it, as it had a nice gourmet coffee machine for those afternoon cappuccinos

We stay here quite a bit when we come into town. The rooms are spacious and clean. We gave this a 4 star because the restaurant was closed….?? We were disappointed because this is one of the reasons we like to stay here. Also we had to leave the hotel to get dinner which we did not want to do since we were so tired from traveling.
