First thing to say: all the staff who work here are top-notch friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Really, great people. However, there are a couple issues Aloft needs to address pretty much immediately, and foremost of these is the water pressure: to call the shower "anemic" is being polite; more accurately, the shower BARELY had any water pressure at all beyond basic dripping. While weak showers are never relaxing, what's important is the fact it makes the things like washing your hair almost to impossible. My hair is thick, and trying to get all the shampoo out of it via the trickle of water coming from the showerhead took forever.
Honestly, Aloft needs to strengthen the water pressure.
The other issue is the use of Zara home furnishing scents in common areas, such as the elevators: there's SO MUCH of this aroma that standing in the elevator can be an experience in suffocation - they need to tone back the use of this stuff.
Other than that, good stay. But PLEASE, fix the water pressure!
