The room smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room the toilet leaked when flush, the toilet paper holder was broken and appeared housekeeping did do a good job in cleaning or sanitizing.

I paid for my room on-line. I was told when I called in that I could check in at 7am , we arrived at 7:30am and manager , rudely said, she never talked to me abd that we'd have to wait until 3:00pm. Nice couple said we could wait in their room and so we went to room and waited he left to take his girlfriend to work. Housekeeping came by and kicked us out for trespassing. Manager didn't let us explain. She DNR my reservation. Said to contact you guys for my refund

DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible experience. There was roaches in the bathroom. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. We got locked out of our room from 3am-7am. The key did not work and the front desk was closed. There is no after hour number. The “emergency phone” did not work. We had to wait outside in the cold for 4 hours because our belongings were in the room.

This is an excellent location. Staff was very nice. There was NO hot water for my entire 3 day stay. Management WAS notified, but the issue was apparently beyond their control. If they fix this issue, I will return, and reverse my review.

I made choice of this place due to price and it looked clean online. I was told room was smoke free. Upon arrival, my first room smelled like a bar room. Total smell of smoke, the paint job was horrible, the furniture looked as though it was 3 years old. Not impressed at all. I asked for a different room. Room number 2, oh it gets better, not. Room number two had no working hot water for the shower. I reported it and said I do not want to switch again, it was just rediculous. So I basically took sink sponge baths my remaining days. I could not believe that I had to go to office and turn in dirty towels and ask for more. There were trash bags in the hallways of which people left. You also had to take care of own trash into a dumpster. The place should be condemned. And there also were so bugs crawling around the rooms that I noticed. It was a horrible experience.

Rooms need to be updated need more paint in shower was to small in for the price the room needs to be bigger

Never checked IN the outside and inside the room was a MESS. ROOM not DIRTY roaches in the toilet. So nothing positive about this place. Never stay at this unsafe location.

Got to properly 10 mins b4 closing and they were already closed couldn’t check k. Paid for a. Room we couldn’t stay at no one there off closed and would even let us get money back after traveling 9 hours will never book with property or ******* again!!!!

rooms show aging need pest/roach control phone didn’t work and light bulbs were out in lamps. Employees were polite and helpful
