We did not stay at the hotel. We checked in and decided to leave before paying. Guests behind us talked about roaches and we decided not to stay. It was a bad experience and the hotel concierge wasn’t present for 20 minutes as we waited to be helped.

I’ve stayed at this property three times now, on my most recent stay I killed two roaches. There were dead ladybugs in the window seal. I dropped one of my belongings under the bed and upon retrieving it I found a mens body wash under one of the beds which means the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

Do not stay here, this place is 50% homeless shelter, 50% run down dump of a hotel. Terrible musty smell throughout, although when we returned from dinner (which was another disaster!) the musty smell had been replaced by an overwhelming odor of ********.

Cockroaches seen scurrying about in bathroom, absolutely GROSS. TV not functioning.
When we checked out after our one night at 5am (we couldn't get out early enough!) there were people sleeping on the furniture in the lobby. Avoid this place like the plague

This property has the potential to be so much more.
It is currently not there are bedbugs and a roach infestation.no one seems to care.

There were bugs in the bathroom area, electrical plates were taped on, bathroom light was out, toilet paper holder was broken, towel bar was broken. The breakfast was virtually non-existent. The juice machine was out of order. There were no eggs, meat, donuts, just sliced bread and one waffle maker. There was cereal, but no milk. Awful hotel. Will never stay there again.

Upon arrival I was told there was no tv service. I stayed three nights and they didn’t compensate me at all because I booked through *******. There was trash on the floor of the room, the comforters had multiple burn holes and stains on them, black mold in the bathroom, and the shower ONLY had scolding hot water. I had to put water in my hands to let it cool down before using it and I had to wash my hair in the sink so I didn’t get burned. The complimentary breakfast was only white bread and cereal. If you stay here be prepared for the multiple people who live in the back parking lot as their permanent residence as well.

The lady at the front desk [night shift) was very rude. The walls by the elevator had mold and the smell was really bad When I opened the microwave for the fisrt time it was not cleaned and smelled like food. They said the breakfast was included but the juice dispenser was out of order and you can just have coffee, toast and waffles with jam. For that price there are better hotels, i wouldn't return here.

Please listen to the previous reviews. Do NOT stay here. Nails were coming up out of the carpet, we woke up in the middle of the night to approximately 10 roaches in the bathroom. The mattress was disgusting underneath the sheets. No blow dryer. Jack hammers were loud by 8:00 am. We checked out a day early. This facility was very dirty and the hotel staff were not responsive at all!
