Short walkl from Shangsha station, exit D, with shopping mall and restaurants nearby, helpful front desk and hotel is clean and tidy.
A bit noisy in the day time as Construction sites nearby.

Had such a Great experience . Nicely located hotel is clean and has very friendly stuff. Highly recommend to everyone to stay here.Their cute robot delivered our meals and everything we ordered very safely and quickly. Thank you🥃

Modern hotel near metro within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The initial room we had smelled like cigarettes, but they changed our room and the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Free minibar and modern hotel.

Hotel was clean and service was top notch. They offered us complimentary breakfast and friendly one to one support by Xiao Ye.
I also forgot 1 item there which i was able to collect the next day without any issues at all.

The location is at quite part of ShenZhen, nothing around the hotel accept metro station. Room is ok but the fridge is extremely smelly.

The room was fine, comfortable bed. I didn't get the chance to eat breakfast. The hotel is very close to futian sports park if you like to go for a run. And the metro station is also nearby.

The hotel is very comfortable and near the metro station. Cleanliness is also on point. Drinks and other toiletries are also provided. Will recommend to stay and definitely visit again when I’m in SZ.

1 .Very helpful staff, my friend incidentally left her necklace under the pillow, the hotel called back 3 hours after check out and she was able to have it back.
2. Small room, a little pricey for what is offered except for the friendly staff.
3. Extraction fans not strong enough for ventilation purposes in the bathroom and washroom.
4. Breakfast, below average.
