Everything went well, just customer service at the night of our arrival. She wasn't very pleasent with the registration process as well as the lady from the breakfast. They need to put a smile in their face and be more courteous with guests.

Very friendly and nice staff! It was set in a bit of an odd are but that being said convent because it was centrally located and near the freeway! Quiet room and everything was pretty clean! We would definitely stay again!

This is nice hotel but not in the best spot. Hotel
Was clean. The rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. The staff were nice. Doors were locked for safety. Security was onsite. I would stsy again. Pet friendly.

The room was very dirty with mold in the bathroom. The smoke alarm continued to beep throughout the day and night. No covers on outlets. The room had a foul odor. Noisy neighbors at night. My room key stopped working after 24 hours. The hotel is surrounded by homeless population. The coffee pot did not work in the room.

It was freezing, no heat in the lobby, our room was frozen, took until 2am for it to finally warm up, we slept with winter clothes on and a king sized fleece blanket i brought for emergency. There was also no real protein for the continental breakfast, no hot eggs or bacon, just overdone hard boiled eggs.

The room was good and it was really close to the places we wanted to go. But the location was kind of strange and a little difficult to get to. Not much they can do about that unfortunately so i dont hold it against them

Hotel is in a sketch area. Requires a $200 deposit which...sort of says its in a not so good area I guess cuz I have never had that before. I would say it was the lowest possible "ok" before being a NO for me. It was clean. Bed was comfortable. The heater goes on and off all night and isn't all that quiet. Worst was that there was no hot water in the shower. The sink had it...but not the shower. It was a one night stay driving home to San Jose, CA so whatever...it was fine. But NO I will not choose La Quinta again. It was my first and last.
