Very nice hotel, Big room size compared to tokyo standard. Lobby is quite big, Breakfast was also good with decent variety, just a suggestion if they can have no dairy milk also like soy or almond for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Subway is just below the hotel and TCAT station is 5 min away if you taking bus from Narita airport. Although we didnt have any lunch or dinner at hotel, they have good menu with many options. Was surprised to see vegetarian options also, that is a rare commodity in Japan.

My family and I used it to celebrate my husband's birthday. When I returned to the hotel after turndown, a birthday message, a bouquet of flowers, and a small gift had been left for me. Their subtle care is wonderful. Also, all of the drinks I received upon arrival were replenished, which I was really grateful for. Check-in was done while relaxing on the sofa, just like the Toranomon edition. However, the difference is that we receive a welcome drink service and a towel with a relaxing and soothing scent of vetiper and petitgrain, which is different from the edition's signature fragrance black tea, and the fatigue of traveling will melt away. I did. The customer base is different from Toranomon, it is less lively and has a more cozy atmosphere. Although the hotel is new, the staff's pleasant friendliness and polite and kind consideration are wonderful. You can explore various things in Ginza while taking a break, and the hotel's architecture and interior will stimulate your senses, so it's definitely a great way to spend your vacation. is. The only thing that bothered me was the loud noise from the air conditioner coming from near the entrance of the room. That's it. The humidity control is also great, but I wondered why. It's a wonderful hotel that keeps getting better and better, and makes me feel sad that it will become a distant presence.

Is it like a hotel for travelers visiting TDL etc. You can stay in a casual art atmosphere. Check in smoothly from the station. The room was still new and clean, but there was no desk for work. However, the height of the round table and chair was just good and Wifi was comfortable, so the work was progressed. There was a coffee maker put in a private cartridge, and the coffee was good. The public bath is not a hot spring, but the bathtub is quite large and there is a sauna and it is comfortable. In the sauna, you can also have a self-service and a lour. The meal is at the restaurant on the 1 floor with evening breakfast. Dinner was a fair British cuisine buffet. It was offered a small amount of food to taste various dishes, and it was good to taste a lot of variety, and it became a feeling that I didn't know what I ate in the main. The main dishes of several items were a solid amount and I wanted to feel the taste as a dish. I think the breakfast buffet was high with omelettes and French toast. The salad was delicious and enjoyed. I think there is a gap when staying with the city hotel, but I think it will be a high evaluation if it is understood as a hotel to spend casually.

This newly opened Bulgari Hotel still has a lot of problems: 1 If you don’t drive in, you have to go through a shopping mall every time, and it’s impossible to take a taxi all the time when you go out. Every time you come back, you have to go through the back door. 2 There is basically no service at all. When checking in, it said that non-alcoholic drinks are free, but the actual checkout juice is 2,500 yen a bottle, which feels very bad. 3 With the price of 1w8rmb, you can live in a hotel with better location and service in ginza, and there are also a bunch of Japanese people complaining about it in Google reviews. 4 The concierge department of this hotel booked restaurants almost a month in advance, and only one can be booked after giving a list of more than a dozen restaurants. The hotel has almost no strength in this regard.

The location is great, right next door to Tokyo Station and walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The staff in this hotel are fabulous, very polite, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Check in was a nice easy process and I was kindly shown to my room. The room itself is fine, I've stayed in better Four Season Hotels but there was nothing wrong with the room I was given. The bed was comfy but the pillows I found were way too soft. I'm sure however if I'd asked they would have replaced them with firmer options. They also had limited charging sockets near the bed but not close enough for shorter cables so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. The shower was powerful, there was a nice deep bath but no bath salts and the bathroom amenities are not miniatures but rather large dispensers, great to save on plastic waste. Robes, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and mini bar are all provided. It appears they don't offer a pressing service because when I requested this they suggested an iron and ironing board to be brought to me instead. I personally don't mind ironing my own clothes so this was fine for me. WiFi was very good. The gym and restaurant are located on floor 7. The gym was nicely equipped for a hotel gym and had just about enough kit to get a decent workout in. They had a selection of cardio options as well. There are tin bottles of water and towels readily available. The hot pool was nice to relax in after and they also had a steam room and jet massage shower. Breakfast I had both as room service and in the restaurant. The menu was the same in both but you had more freedom on portion size with the continental option in the restaurant. I also had dinner room service whilst at the hotel. Room service was quick, normally arriving within 30mins of the order being placed. The food was well prepared and delicious. My only constructive criticism would be, it would have been nice to have had more choice, I found the room service menu limited, and I'd like to have had more local Japanese options, especially sushi. All in all a good hotel with fabulous staff in a great location. It wasn't however perfect with the points mentioned above so I can only award this hotel a 4* rating.

The room was quite spacious, for the Japanese standard, had two single beds of very generous sizes (about one and a half square), even the bathroom was quite ”sized” with bathroom and technological toilet. The bathroom has a 55-inch TV, a small refrigerator (vacuum) and a boiler to prepare some hot drinks. The air conditioning system worked perfectly.The room was clean, but mostly soundproofed. Free and very fast Wi-Fi In the vicinity of the hotel you will find a lot of typical restaurants and also typical Japanese locals ( for night life you have to move elsewhere 9. In conclusion I was very pleased.

It was raining on the day of the stay, but there was an arcade of the shopping street from the station to the hotel just before the hotel and I arrived at the hotel without being almost wet. Convenience stores were also very close. There is a main building and an annex, and I stayed at the main building, but is the photograph seen on the net almost an annex? The main building is still a bit old.

The Toyoko Inns are always in convenient locations and are geared to business people mainly. They are fairly inexpensive especially if you join their points club for a cost of 1500 yen. You will be given a card with your picture on it and this entitles you to discounts, every tenth day is free and you get a better rate for staying on Sundays. You can put put your own towels and garbage and save more! I would recommend a regular double room for a couple as the bed is Queen size and you will have a small table and chairs. The regular twin is good too. Economy rooms are not that much less and they are pretty tiny but fine for one person. They I always in lude breakfast which is plentiful and mostly Japanese food, good coffee, juice and buns or bread. It is a sparkling clean hotel and the staff is very friendly and competent.

We stayed after a big party on Saturday and we had just enough energy to walk down to this hotel from Ginza(30min). As soon as we got to our room, we went to bed. The room is just enough for two guest and nothing special. Some hotels in Tokyo are providing a common bath recently and this is the case in this hotel. The size is not so big but small. it is great feeling to start a new day from bath! And next let have a famous breakfast. I had seen some photos, beautiful breakfast with lots of choices, even Ikura-don, which I didnt believe and I thought it is advertising only. However, the hotel provide that break fast and even better one. We were there for actually almost one hour and we made ourself really full (and no need to have a lunch on that day). A good thing is they provide small portions with various selections. The cost is little bit expensive (15,000 JPY) compared to the other business hotel. But it definitely worth it. After you had big break fast, you can walk to down

I felt transfixed in time; My room door opened with an actual key. The furnishings and decor, ostentatious but tasteful. I felt like I could have met Humphrey Bogart in the hallway. The hotel had an air of privacy and was peaceful and calm. I also liked the location. I know it was a bit of a nuisance to find, but once you realized exactly where you were in terms of the metro exits, when you walk out of the hotel, you could easily think you’re in the suburbs with your family; away from the hustle & bustle of city life.

It is the second use. We used it when we went to Kizzania in Toyosu in the family at the beginning of the year. The hotel is the best location to stay directly from the station, and from the Raraport and Toyosu with Kizzania. After playing scattered 々 at the 2 part meeting in Kizzania, it was difficult to relax in a room with a wide 々 after 10 minutes of the end at 21 o'clock !! Stay in a corner twin room. I felt it last time, but from the corner, the night view of the Tokyo side and the night view of the sea side were enjoyable and rich. The room was large, so the child was playing with a large sofa and bed. Staying at this hotel was also a plus and became one of the big events. The staff 々 response was very good and it was comfortable only for the sophisticated. Breakfast was also a great restaurant with a harbor view called penthouse, both Japanese and Western foods were prepared and enjoyed in buffet style. The child was also very satisfied and full of stomach! It is the best hotel recommended when going to events around Laraport, Kizzania and Toyosu in the family! We will use it again.

It is on the side of the waterfront to clear the feeling of moyamoya. I stayed here because I was more concerned. I was able to put the sixth floor of the six floor building. The view is the best. At night, the night view was healed by Asahi and the river in the morning. I also used the restaurant. Take out the set that can be asked only for one person in the room and eat. Beer is delicious. Absolutely stay again. Personal recommendation is as follows. ● Night walk. Whatever you take, it will be a picture. ● Securing bathing agents. ICI hotel is very close to metro subway station and two stations to Tokyo central station. If you have heavy luggage carry-on, there is very close entrance elevator up/down to subway. Room is typically small Japanese room but it is very clean , well-maintained and sanitize. Bathroom towels and bed linens are all fresh and new. An added pleasant stay experiences is their breakfast menu, freshly baked pastries like croissants, bagels and others, bacon, sausages, cheese and butter, Japanese omelet, freshly green salad, potato salad with smoked salmon *****s, rice, miso soup, curry soup, coffee and teas and many others. I highly commended the lady who is on the restaurant for being helpful and attentive. You may even brought up your breakfast inside your room as the restaurant space is not so big. Highly recommended for budget travelers in Tokyo

The hotel is old and the room is small but clean. Near Kayabacho stn, walk about 5minutes. Have a convinient store at corner. Requested to transfer my big luggage by Yamoto to another hotel upon check out cost 25,000yen. So we travelled 2 nights to Hokane, without need to bring along big luggage.

It is a good choice for family travelers who stay in Tokyo for more than 3 nights. The space is large enough, clean and tidy, and you can also wash and cook. It is acceptable to have no-one on duty at the front desk, but at least do a remote manual service at the door. You can make a one-click voice call or something. It is too inconvenient to reply by email! We dragged two boxes with two children to arrive early and could not check in or store our luggage. There was no place to ask, no one answered the phone, and we could only drag the box back to the subway station to store it. Also, no one cleaned for 3 days, but no one collected garbage for 3 days, it was really a bit unhygienic. . . .
