The room was clean, but the floor plan was a slightly larger twin room with a modern-style bath and toilet.I felt a little strange about the modern-style room, which was different from the retro Japanese-Western style building in the front building. The welcome drinks are cold tea, Calpis, and a variety of Japanese sake served in a transparent container, all you can drink until 9pm. Coffee and cafe au lait are always available.The baths are down a long hallway, with an indoor bath and a small open-air bath.The salt content is quite strong and warms the body quickly, and when I took a long bath, it was hot for a while and I turned on the air conditioner to cool it down. . Might be a good hot spring in winter. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, but I got the key at 3:30 pm. Is the hallway leading to the bathroom still under renovation? The meal was kaiseki, which may be enough for those with a limited appetite, but it wasn't enough for me. I went to a convenience store and bought some sandwiches and rice balls. Considering the price, I think the cost performance is good, but I am a little disappointed.The ice in the welcome drink melted, the Calpis was thin, and the tea was at room temperature.The dining area is also partitioned, so I wish they would partition it off. Am I the only one who thinks Viking is better for a half-baked kaiseki meal? I'd give it one star if I had a minor complaint, but I'd give it three stars because the staff was very responsive.

The modern eclectic mix of Japanese and Western style was even better than I imagined. The rooms, food, and service are great! The hot water was good, but it would have been nice if the bathtub was wider.
