It is a sacred place of koji Omoto Kyo, a religious corporation originated from Ayabe. The interior consists of the "Choseiden", which is said to be the largest wooden building in the 20th century, the "Mirokuden", which enshrines the ancestors in front of the main gate, and the "Kinohanaan", which is a national important cultural property.
