The military museum has an understanding of what happened during the World War and is a comprehensive museum with seven different museums, each with a good layout, telling their stories in different ways, and plenty of interactive activities.
The museum displays old things on top of the hill on Dorchester Avenue, with uniforms, medals, weapons and war flags, parking is free, and an elevator is available on site. Just the ticket costs five pounds, taking the elevator to the top of the hill and climbing the last staircase, and the views of Dorchester and Dorset from the roof are worth it.
