On the right hand side of Dong Khoi as you head toward the river you'll find a door way and longish hall at 103 that leads to some stairs. The first floor is M2C a nice little bar/bistro. Keep going...
It's not a place to visit, but I went there because it was on the list here. There were a lot of foreigners and it seemed like I was sightseeing, so I was good too.
The gallery area is quite small, so the number of works exhibited is small. It's hard to understand because it's built with a cafe, but it's just right to stop by. better check the work on the homepage before you go.
