There is an old ski board exhibition!
The museum (real museum) I stopped by after skiing at Nozawa Onsen The natural sciences, old industries, and lifestyles of this area of Iiyama were easily exhibited. When I went to ２Ｆ, there was a smaller exhibition room, where ski boards from the time of wood were exhibited, which was quite interesting. Is it the time? Hina-sama was also on display, and this was quite a model.
About 10 dolls by doll artist Mayumi Takahashi were also exhibited.
About １０ minutes walk from Iiyama Station on the JR Iiyama Line, Iiyama Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen, and if you go to the left while looking at the Cultural Exchange Center Nachura, you will find Saikeiji Temple on the left side. Various materials such as models and panels that introduce the history and nature of Iiyama, a snowy country, and culture rooted in this area were exhibited. Every Monday (if Monday is a festival day, the next day is closed), the year-end and New Year holidays adults: 200 yen, elementary and junior high school students: 100 yen.
