The ancient road of poetry is the highlight of sightseeing
Original Text
I visited late on Sunday afternoon. There were few other tourists. The highlight of this tourist spot is the old poetry road in a place like a grove. A monument to historical poets such as Ono Komachi, Izumi Shikibu, and Mokichi Saito is built here, and you can go through it to the gate of the barrier. Apparently, it seems that a poem containing "Nakoso (Don't come)" is selected. I think it's a distance of 70 〜 80 meters. I think it's a pretty quaint place.
I came to Nakoso no Seki. I was surprised that the theory that Nakoso no Seki did not exist was correct historically. Why is the proper noun "Nakoso no Seki" more famous than I imagined? Since it was visited in midwinter, tourists are sparse, and there are many cherry trees and cherry blossom viewing time is very crowded.
There were few other visitors, probably because I visited in winter. After climbing the old poetry road a little from the Nakoso Seki site, I stopped by Fukifuden, but it seems that there was an event at Fukifuden, so I couldn't see the inside. If you are interested in poetry and history, you can also go to Nakoso no Seki Literature History Museum from the ancient poetry road.
It is a famous barrier station site. There is nothing to see about this, but if you like history, it may be a place you want to visit once. I didn't see any people at all and I was a little lonely.
I visited because of the name Nakoso. I thought there was no one, but unexpectedly there were people. The sea of Iwaki overlooking far was beautiful with the spring sunshine. Did that sea peel its fangs eight years ago?
