There are less than 20 churches in Kamakura City, but the designated "Kamakura City Landscape Important Building" is [Japan Christian Church, Kamakura Church Public Hall (Designated No. 5)] and [Kamakura St. ミカエル Church Cathedral (Designated No. 11) ] There are only two cases. This is the "ゴシック style" building. [Kamakura St. ミカエル Church Cathedral] has a similar appearance to [Snow ノ Lower Church] along [Wakamiya Oji]. In addition, the important building of Kamakura City landscape (designated No. 4) is [sunshodo (Kamakura carving store & residence ...)]
There is an entrance just off the Shimoma intersection from Wakamiya Oji to Yuigahama Odori. There is a church in the back. There is also an attached kindergarten. The church itself was built in Taisho 15 as the Harris Memorial Kamakura Mejisist Church. It is Gothic and features a spire.
It is a church in the direction of Yuigahama in Kamakura. It is a fairly large church with a kindergarten on the site. The sea is close, so it has a bright atmosphere.
Church Hall は important building in Jingxuan, Kamakura City です.

The church hall here is an old building built in the Taisho era and is designated as an important building for the Kamakura city landscape. In addition, Harris Memorial Kindergarten is a rare structure called Umebachi-shaped garden building. Enoden runs next to this church, and it's a very nice place, but the church doesn't seem to be open now. I used to go to this church every Sunday in the past.
It is a Protestant church of the Christian Church of Japan that originates from the Methodist Church. Behind the high church that makes you feel the history is Harris Kindergarten, which was founded in the Meiji era. The premises of the kindergarten continue to the Enoden intersection. I envy the children who grow up in the historic building.

The attached Harris kindergarten is amazing.
