It's perfect for smaller kids since it's not as big as other zoos in the area like Duisburg and Gelsenkirchen. very well maintained.
Very nice and diverse
Better zoo than we expected. Some original ideas like having an ants colony and a room with butterflies flying around right by you.
A depressing place
Visited Krefeld Zoo whilst staying in Krefeld for a few days. What an awful place. Enclosures were really small and many animals were displaying signs of depression or stress. This place is way out...
