    Beautiful autumn fall colours & waterfall

    The fall colour around the waterfall below Takimi bridge is exceptional. Good stop for pictures if u there in October and in Lake Akan area.

    From the shore of Lake Akan, take National Highway No. 240 toward Kushiro for about 4 km, and you will find Takimi Bridge, a view spot of autumn leaves. I searched for sightseeing near the Akan River in Ravista, where I was planning to stay, so I went there (a few minutes drive from Ravista). It's a spot for autumn leaves, but the fresh green and the waterfall matched and it was beautiful.

    It is a bridge on National Highway No. 240 over the Akan River, and there is a free parking space for about 20 cars nearby. If you look down from the bridge, you can see the torrent of the river instead of the waterfall from between the trees 々. The autumn leaves were beautiful.
