The tower can be seen high from the avenue, and luckily it can be driven almost to the bottom of the tower. There is a parking lot on its top of the hill, and the views across the valley are amazing, worth travelling along narrow alleyways, with good views of the area, watching the river ripple through the valley, and all for free.
