Stunning landscape
We did the foreshore walk at Mungo National Park and loved it! Highlights included Major Mitchell (pink) cockatoos and an emu family of 9 chicks.
Fabulous to see at sunset
You don't need to be on a trip/tour to view this place at the sunset. It is worthwhile to visit this area
A must do visit when in outback NSW
A visit to Lake Mungo is a must do. The dramatic landscape and indigenous history going back over 40,000yrs is a very leveling experience.
