Best viewing location of Yin Yang Sea will be at Shui Nan Bus stop- YinYang Sea Observation deck (水湳洞-陰陽海觀景台) Do look out for cars if you want to grab a shot on the road. This area is perfect for your Instagram shots as well, it’s not very accessible so I will recommend you guys to charter a car tour or can rent a car to drive over. 1. Yin Yang Sea When you stand on the observation deck of the Shuinandong parking lot, you can clearly see the entire Yin Yang Sea. Behind you, there is the beautiful Kee Lung Mountain. How to get here? We got there by taxi, but you can also get a bus / drive here.
