    there's a grave.

    Original Text

Since I stayed east of Nihonbashi, I stopped by for a walk around the area. There are many temples around here, and there are many Jodo sects, but this is the Soto sect. The feeling is different from the surrounding temples, the mountain gate is not very magnificent, and the precincts are open. There is also a graveyard, but unfortunately he didn't know it.

    On the kuchinazaka

    Original Text

It is a Soto sect temple built on Kuchinazaka, one of the seven slopes of Tennoji, and has an old history of opening in 1560. It is said that it was built as the family residence of Fujiwara Ietaka, a poet in the Kamakura period. It is also the graveyard of the predecessor, Gotatsu Asada, who was active in the Edo period.

    Fujiwara no ietaka's family

    Original Text

It is a temple of the Soto sect in front of Kuchinazaka, one of the seven slopes of Tennoji. It is said that it was built in 1560, but it is said to be the family residence of Fujiwara no Ietaka, a poet in the early Kamakura period, and its history seems to be older. However, the mound, which is said to be the graveyard of Fujiwara no Ietaka, is located outside the site of the current temple.

    A temple near Kuchinazaka

    Original Text

It is a temple near the top of Kuchinawazaka. There are several stone monuments in front of the entrance. The inside seems to be large and there is a parking lot, but it is difficult to enter without a errand. It was a quiet atmosphere.

it was opened as the family temple of fujiwara no ietaka, a court noble and poet in the heian period.

    Original Text

It is a temple on "Kuchinawazaka", one of the seven slopes of Tennoji. It was opened as the family temple of Fujiwara no Ietaka, a court noble and poet in the Heian period. In addition, Fujiwara no Ietaka called this area Yuyooka, which became the place name. There is a record that Basho Matsuo, a famous poet from the Edo period, also loved this place and held a haiku party. The sunset is very beautiful around here, so please visit in a sunny evening.
