Near Luxun Park by the sea in Qingdao, there are many old buildings, which are not inferior to Badaguan. It's just decentralized and not concentrated enough. This bank's old site looks very new and luxurious.
The former site of Dehua Bank is part of the German complex in Qingdao. Dehua Bank is the first bank in Qingdao history, founded in Shanghai in 1889, its Qingdao branch. After 1923, it was the residence of the Japanese Consulate.
