A wonderful lookout offering views of Australia's only mainland sea lion colony. Excellent boardwalk access. Ample parking. A weel-groomed gravel road for the last 22km.
My husband and I did the Point Labatt Sea Lion Scenic Drive and it was amazing. We got to see sea lions from the lookout and I would highly recommend this drive.
Seeig sea lions in a completely natural environment is fantastic. Even better taking you telelens and inoculars. But the road is terribly corrugated. Apparently parks and government reckon other only ...
It’s a fair hike from Streaky Bay and the drive is scenic in places. The seal colony is only visible from up high at the viewing platform so you don’t get up close at all (bring binos). A good thing ...

Amazing Scenic Drive
