Dull and quite pointless
Not really sure why this is here… apparently a gift from that well known ‘enlightened’ nation Kuwait. Architecturally dull, I like the sentiment but otherwise unappealing.

there is a good chance, you may walk right past it despite the colorful top. Commemorating the Everlasting Friendship between the People of Albania and the People of Kuwait.

many people can miss this monument, it is in a spot of a garden where people pass by going everywhere as this place is usually crowded most of the time
Kuwaiti- Albanian Friendship
The monument was built in 2016 and is dedicated to the Albanian and Kuwaiti people. The colors of the monument are the colors of the Kuwaiti flag. Nice monument in small square.
