Not the best place to go
What a sad state of affairs is Torquay. Fleetvwalk and union street look run down and has lots of empty shops. Rough sleepers everywere, and space cadets on the magic powder were ever you go. Harbour ...
It's simply a harbour, I wouldn't say it is particularly pretty compared to other harbour, seemed a little grubby. Town is very run down, the 'English Riviera' it is not, all other Devon seaside towns...
What a horrible place, full of drunks and beggars with about 85 pound shops. The harbour is nice enough but the people that frequent it are of the loud, chavvy type sadly.
We visited here as a family in august whilst staying at Crealy in Exeter. I thought my hometown was rough in the midlands until I visited here .We did not feel safe here and only stayed a few hours ....

Beautiful place, wonderful staff and people. Fun for everyone Had the best time 100% going back every year.

Horrible Place
