JUST A GOVERNMENT BUILDING, NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
Like the FBI Headquarters, this government building is NOT open to the pubic, NOT a tourist attraction! I used to work at both buildings and it took me more than 6 months before I could access them...
