Tallinn Old Town
We stayed at this accommodation for 3 nights last weekend and we were so happy with our decision to stay here. It is in an excellent position in the old town , the rooms are of an excellent size and the place was spotlessly clean. We stayed in no1 which came with its own sauna which was very useful after walking around the city in minus degree temperatures. Access to the location is a straightforward enough procedure , you are sent a code prior to arrival for the main outside doors and then instructions for the key lockers on the wall to retrieve the key for your apartment. You leave the keys when you depart in the same key lockers. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the old town in Tallinn then you should really take a look at staying here as it is very hard to beat. If you do decide to stay here then take the no4 tram from the airport and alight at Viru and the accommodation is literally 5 mins walk from the tram stop. You can purchase a travel card from the Rkiosk as you leave the airport , you pay €2 for the plastic travel card and can add 1 day/3 day/7days worth of money on it & you just tap them on the machine reader as you enter the tram doors , 3 days costs €7.50 and you can make as many tram or bus trips as you like

Tallinn Old Town
A super location in the heart of the old city. Nice building with only a few apartments per floor. Nice room, good bed. Sunny window. Very bad smell in the bathroom (sewage). And very bad internet. So...

The location is excellent and the staff downstairs is helpful, but they do not actually work for Lighthouse apartments, only hand out keys, so they cannot do much if there is something wrong. The description of the flats is not correct - the description states there will be bathrobes. Nope. The description states there will be a coffee machine. No, there is none. The description states there is a big TV with cable, and yes, there is indeed a big TV, but apparently the batteries for one of the remote controls need changing, so it does not work. The staff downstairs can apparently only email the owners and ask them to buy more batteries. So, during our stay, no functional TV either. The flats are very clean but very basic and VERY small. The description states they sleep max four people, and maybe four very small individuals can find enough room, but I was struggling with just myself and my teenage son. The sofabed that doubles as the extra bed is super uncomfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing though, but as our room, one with views towards the old town, also faces a rather busy street, one may want to pack earplugs as well.

Tallinn Old Town
We are often skeptical of rave reviews but despite the few reviews when we chose to stay here in June 2019 this was our favorite spot in the Baltic countries. For starters, the professional reception staff are extremely accommodating. We were allowed to check in early and (with pre-booking) we were given parking in a secure spot across the street for €10 and then they steered us to another great parking lot where we left our car while we went to Russia for 5 days. The apartment was on the 3rd floor without a lift but we were able to manage the 44 steps just fine. The apartment was like new and very nicely appointed with the extra pillows I requested, spot lighting bedside, and plenty of storage. It has a very nice bathroom and an adequate kitchen area. There is a free laundry in the adjoining building and it was never a problem to find it available. We were really happy staying here 3 nights and the location was good enough that we were able to wander throughout the Old Town without ever using our car. Tallinn is a youthful, buzzy city with great architecture and museums and restaurants. We ate at NokNok (ground floor of our apartment building) one night but were a bit disappointed with it.

A very high spec apartment. Super location - 10 mins walk from both old town and the ferry terminal (for a super-easy trip to Helsinki). 5 minutes from a 24-hour supermarket. Very warm, clean and comfortable. Some nice touches with the decor, good cooking facilities and coffee maker with complimentary pods. Plenty of fresh towels and shower products. 24 hour reception staffed by welcoming and helpful people. Strongly recommended.
