We enjoyed this second stay with Holliwood Homes even more, we were given a very spacious flat for a similar price than the first smaller flat. It was exceptionally clean and well presented, with all the accessories we needed. Thank you for providing such good value for money!

Fantastic stay! The location was superb, right on the edge of the beach with absolutely stunning sunset views. The facilities were great and very clean. Having a bath was a real bonus, as we’d only had showers in all the other accommodation on our trip so far. Would definitely recommend this place.

2. Very basic furniture and utensils.
3. Passed whole week without TV as no one gave us TV remote. The stove was given connection after repeated email next day.
4. Check in and checkout was smooth. Owner was very prompt in replying email from remote location.
5. The location was very convenient and beside big grocery shop.

The house is very clean and the location is very fun. It is 400 meters from the subway station and is located in Little Tokyo. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It feels safer, and I met one or two tramps. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Air conditioning and heating are also sufficient. It is when you check in, you have to enter the door to have the four-digit code tangled for a while. Later, it was clear.

This hotel is under new management so we couldn't see many reviews before booking but it was a great experience! the self check-in was a breeze (we received all the info in an email) and our room was nice and clean. The room is cozy but normal size for SF and if we needed a little more space we just went down to the lobby lounge area. There was wifi in the room and in the lobby area. The kitchen was super convenient to make a quick breakfast. We didn't use the washer/dryers but if we stayed longer we probably would have. We could walk to Union Square and there is also a Trader Joe's a couple blocks away. It was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights!

GGuest UserI had to cancel and the hotel did not accept any attempt to negotiate a cancellation fee. I was fully charged even though I did notify this with anticipation. On the other hand, they can and will cancel your reservation without even notifying you in advance. I know this because they did that to me before. Sadly, my experience was not positive.

GGuest UserThe location is very good and the security is very guaranteed. But it is not a traditional hotel. It is a hotel with several houses in an apartment, so it is very difficult to find. And there is no physical front desk, and the apartment administrator will get off work very early. English listening is not enough, even check-in will encounter obstacles. Because we arrived late, after the check-in procedure, it took a lot of time to study how to enter the door from here. Finally, I found this door to go in. It was to the lobby on the first floor of the apartment. I couldn't get to the room at all... There was no explanation for the relevant situation when booking, and the order was marked as check-in at the front desk. We were a bit busy with this and called the hotel on duty and took more than an hour to get into the room

EEu.1- 真心說，適合一個男生住，因為床不大、浴室沒有太多空間可放女生用品（保養、清潔等）；環境不太安全、室友絕大多數是男生（有些男生還蠻奇怪的、恐怖！）
有時晚上、一大早會看到像遊民的人在大門前排迴！
此外，對於美國人來說，房價偏低，所以有更多機會吸引到素質差的人入住（我們待的期間還遇到警察破門而入去抓人….)
2-室內隔音極差，有的室友5點就起床，用廚房的聲音有點大，有的室友三點才睡，關門聲音真的不小…（戴耳塞都聽得到）只能說大部分男生比較不注意細節）；因為有3層樓，所以會有室友ㄧ早退房時，行李撞擊聲從3樓到1樓…嗯，肯定被吵醒。
牆壁另一邊是「隔壁棟」，放行李、小孩半夜哭、踢東西、跑來跑去，完全聽得到，吵了一整夜，完全沒睡，雖然房東有退款ㄧ個晚上，有處理他們，但是後面還有好幾個晚上，她不讓我離開退款。後來隔壁換了另外一個人住，其實問題還是一樣（一大早丟行李在木地板上，聲音之大是能把人嚇醒的，我想我們是唯一輕放的人）,此外該男性講話的聲音，我們都聽得很清楚。
3-有一點要特別別說，假如我早知道房東是***，我就不會入住！因為早就知道他們的思維邏輯價值觀相差甚遠。總是一開始親切，但是真的遇到連續問題，他們會開始不耐煩（包括他們雇用的客服經理，相互影響的文化會是一樣的），溝通上，他們的邏輯實在很有問題！總之就是很***的理直氣壯，覺得自己是對的。
連續五個晚上睡不好，還要受這種氣。（如：該準備的毛巾沒有準備好，一拖再拖，沒有道歉！）其他還有太多鳥事就不講了，因為都會有前因後果的敘述太長了。
4-有些所謂他們先進的科技，實在是是很愚笨的，因為都是自動的，完全不可控，很多時候真的超不方便的！
