It's very pleasant to stay here. The room is very clean and fragrant. It's also a non-smoking area. Facilities and amenities are complete. Overall, it's very good. Good experiences anyway. This is a kind of daily cost. But because it's new, it's very clean. The bed is quite comfortable, the air conditioner is perfect cold, the hot water can be adjustable. The bathroom is also very clean because it's new. The new thing is that I forgot to swipe the mirror and clothes hangers/towels ... hehehe ... only minus 1, the car parking slot is very small, you can only get on 2-3 cars. But it's no problem, next time you go to Malang, you can come back again ...

JjetlaggerAscott Waterplace Surabaya was a lovely stay. We were delighted with the room - quiet, clean, spacious with a well appointed kitchen. Water dispenser was nice as well as the washer/dryer. Nice view and comfortable bed.
Reception staff professional and welcoming at all times.
Cafe adjoining lobby has some nice drink and food treats at favourable prices.
Restaurant and breakfast options were fresh and sufficient with polite staff and plenty of available seating inside and out.
Pool and recreation areas were extensive and well maintained with facilities suited to all ages and abilities.
Only small gripe was that bathroom towels looking tired, in need of replacing and car park procedure could be more simplistic, otherwise a great stay and we look forward to another stay in near future.

GGuest UserThe check in procedure was not efficient and meant we had to wait for several hours for a member of the team to come and check us in. The office kept putting the phone down as they did not speak English but would also not WhatsApp to arrange check in. A lady on the front desk for the hotel assisted in translating. Once checked in all was fine. Gym good also. Deposit of 200k, returned at check out.
