The location is excellent, right next to a landmark church. We loved hearing the historic church bells every hour—it wasn't loud or bothersome at all, just very charming. It is also an easy 10-minute walk to the main tourist area. For those driving, we managed to find a safe and free parking spot just a 5-minute walk from the property.
The host was wonderful and very thoughtful, leaving us a sweet welcome gift that included a bottle of white wine, bottled water, biscuits, and a local map.
The only downsides were that the sofa was a bit saggy and the bed in the loft was too soft. Also, since there is no air conditioning, it got very hot at night during the heatwave.
Overall, it’s a beautiful place with great hospitality, but something to keep in mind if you visit during peak summer!"

AAndreiOBrienI absolutely loved staying here. It’s very centrally located in the old town not far from anything, this is a big and spacious apartment with beautiful views out the many balcony’s. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating and really looked after us during our stay.
I think the value was extremely good and we were very happy. I would 100% come back to Bari and stay here again because I thoroughly enjoyed it, there’s a tv full appliances, coffee machine, the bed is comfortable and the apartment has a lovely modern look

GGuest UserWe had high expectations for the stay and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
When we entered the room (house) we were immediate impressed by the well designed and styled (in Matera sassi style) and furnished room that has THREE showers btw. We were also simultaneously greeted by the extremely friendly and helpful host — Juicy, who also recommended us some great restaurants and a good supermarket nearby.
Definitely recommend all to stay here!

MmlenitskayaStayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

GGuest UserI didn't get to use the washing machine as it was in use all the time ..but the place was good to stay in . No lift only stairs. Having a kitchen was good. Bus stop very close to get you to train station. Easy walk to the waterfront and town square.

Sò che sono stati davvero bene in questo appartamento in Puglia! La casa era pulita, ordinata e dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza senza pensieri. La posizione è ottima: tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona. Un punto in più va all’accoglienza: i padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e ben organizzato!

The rooms are simple, but clean and tidy. There is a sign, it will not be difficult to find. There is an elevator. The staff is friendly.
