The location is very convenient, situated near major tourist attractions, the airport, and public transport links, including a bus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as many good restaurants, cafes, and local street food options. It is close to both sightseeing areas and the conference venue, making it easy to get around. The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage.

It's a good walk from the station. The road to the hotel is a pedestrian road, so taxis don't go. I went to Naples 21 from the station and was guided by the staff. The staff took a destination on the app to tell me the wrong way Google Maps told me the wrong way I left my key in the room, but I solved it by phone. There are everything I need in the room. You can simply cook and eat, and there are microwave ovens, coffee pots, coffee machines, toasters, electric stoves, etc. There's a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. There's a strange elevator, so you don't have to worry about heavy luggage. Spacious, comfortable and comfortable

The hotel was clean and much bigger than we anticipated. It was a bit of a hassle getting checked in online to get our “digital” room key. There was no one at reception so we had to call multiple times and chat via whatsapp. Ended up talking about 45 minutes.

The breakfast is not diverse and does not take into account the eating habits of Asians. In addition, the room was not cleaned carefully and the wet bath towels were not changed. The sports ground is relatively far away, and the projects are not suitable for very young children. The store opening hours are also short and the items are few.

CheckIn and service via WhatsApp is uncomplicated. However, unfriendly and negative. The accommodation is very central and well accessible. The cleanness of the bathroom is due to the fungi of the silicon fugitives, screwed armatures and general dust.  Windows to the crazy indoors were not known before, so noises when sleeping.

It's not very convenient to get to the hotel in Riomaggiore, you have to take a bus to the hotel. If you are carrying large luggage, it is not recommended that you live there, because after you check in, going to your room will carry you to death! But the scenery there is really amazing! very beautiful!

The room was a very large room with services and a kitchen corner, in a very comfortable and central position compared to Sestri. The structure is located in a different location from the hotel. This was not clearly stated in the announcement. The room had some small defects with the coffee machine with a lack of functional stove and small defects in the bathroom, but overall it was comfortable, quiet and in order. The cleaning and re-order service was more than adequate.
