Rooms are fkn awesome. Like an apt. but.. like their 2ndt location ABC.. they lack a restaurant/ Pool... They are like 50 feet from walking street tho. Service is amazing like ABC as well... if u don't care about the pool and restaurant... Def book.. McDonald's is like 5 feet away as well lol
Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch.
One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.
The first two rooms I was shown stank of smoke, like someone had been smoking in there only 2 minutes earlier. They upgraded me to a loft room which was good.
Microwave didn't work, which was a pain. Pool water looked unclean. Some towels worn out.
The staff were friendly. The hotel is just out of all the action, so is quiet.
It is located in a quiet, upscale residential area, so the security and quietness were good. The facilities were decent and cleanly managed, and the staff was friendly. There were no particular shortcomings, but it might be a little awkward for non-Korean customers. A Korean buffet was provided for breakfast, and the taste was okay. I had a good rest.
Pros+ - before booking, I asked the girls at the reception to show me the room, they showed me the room and after that I booked the room.
+ - delicious breakfast, but the website said that you could go to lunch instead of breakfast, at the reception they said that it was only breakfast.
+ good worker, helped out many times, showed how to use the safe, forgot the key in the room, he opened it for me.
Cons - it seems that the pool is not cleaned, a lot of insects are swimming, I wanted to swim, but did not dare.
Cunning staff - they reminded me that I did not return the card from the door, but did not tell me anything about the fact that I forgot the deposit of 2000 pesos, when I came 5 hours later, my money was taken to another place. A taxi at the hotel costs 500 pesos for foreigners
We booked last minute during Holy Week and was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this place. Initially thought we had just booked 1 room with a common area with other guests but it was actually the entire place with complete kitchen, living and dining room with a huge balcony and 2 full bathrooms. It doesn’t have any other amenities yet but heard they are in the works to construct more rooms, a gym and a pool in the building beside it. It was also such a welcoming treat to have an elevated Filipino restaurant downstairs where we had dinner on both nights. Just note that it opens late at 9am-10am so if you intend to have early breakfast, that won’t be the place for you. Best to just cook in the apartment 👍🏼

It is what it is. You kind of know what the area is like when there are 2 ”massage parlors” across the street and tons in the area, and the facility has surcharges for bringing in an ”outside masseuse.”
The room was large and reasonably clean. The towels were fraying, and the ”white” sheets were gray. The room refrigerator was bigger than average. There was a small table and chairs in the room - you could eat or do work there. The air conditioner worked just fine.
The place is located above a 24 grocery store. This is convenient, nice, and adds a layer of security.
We had some issues sleeping for 3 reasons:
1. Pillows were high and rock hard. My wife and I each got stiff necks.
2. There were some inebriated individuals who had a very loud argument @ 3 am.
3. Worst of all, there was a rooster fairly close to our room. Like most roosters, every time he saw a car with its lights on, he went crazy. This happened all night long.
Pictures are from inside the building and will give you a feeling for the area.
We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, homelike hotel. My husband and I attended a 3-day convention at SMX Clark and brought our 2 teenagers along. The 2 bedroom suite was just right for us. The hotel has a courteous and friendly staff. Requests were addressed promptly. Wifi was fast.
The pool was small but just enough for the 4 of us.
One negative issue was the microwave which we had to clean throughly because of food debris left from the previous occupants. There is no elevator and might be hard for those who have knee problems. The location is quite shady but this is ok because we brought our own car and Grab was always available.

GGuest UserI had a really good stay at this hotel. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Check-in was fast and easy, and they explained everything clearly.
The room looked neat and smelled fresh. The bed was soft and comfortable, so I was able to rest well. The aircon worked properly and the WiFi connection was good too. I also liked that the bathroom was very clean and complete with basic things we needed.
The food was good and there were many choices during breakfast. The hotel also had a relaxing atmosphere which made the stay more enjoyable. The staff were always polite and quick to help whenever we needed something.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay.
