Hotels With bar in Minas Gerais, Brazil

I was on business trip to Belo Horizonte and my customer recommended this Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.

As an airport hotel, the distance from the airport is close, and there is a free shuttle bus, which can be said to be convenient. However, detailed information about the shuttle bus is not properly written on the hotel website, and if you don't know it, you may not know its existence. I didn't know where the platform was at the airport terminal, so I finally found it on foot. The reception also seems to be accommodating one person to multiple guests who arrive at once by shuttle bus. Check-in takes a considerable amount of time if there are many people. The rooms are not equipped with kettles or cups and cannot drink tea. There is no bottled water service.

The hotel is very well located. I found the service from some of the staff to be a little cold. I didn't understand the fees being charged at check-in, but I was late for an appointment and it was precisely at that time that I found the employee unwilling to explain the fees. Furthermore, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are courteous and attentive. Parking is charged separately. I recommend the hotel and would stay/stay there again on other occasions.

Hotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

Very good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa. Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views. The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes. The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴 Stay HERE!

Max Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

The room was a bit smaller than the previous one stayed, with quite worn out furniture, bedsheets and towels. AC was good, bathroom size was alright as well. The breakfast was the highlight, with great options and many local delicacies. Super well located, near a shopping mall at a walking distance and many famous pubs just across the street.

Amazing place, this hotel is really good. They have a restaurant there with good prices. Food quality was good and they have a shuttle service that is quiet convenient to move in town and to the bus station. The hotel is lovely and bedroom was super nice !

I liked this hotel generally. It was quite good hotel with amazing breakfast. Location was also good. Near by was a drugstore, supermarket, a little shopping mall and good restaurants.

Great location. Ibis Savassi is close to the customers I usually visit, also having restaurants and shopping mall not far from it. A convenient stay. I just believe Ibis should reward frequent guests; but they don’t; simply they do not care anymore.
