The lower floors were cheaper, while the higher-floor sea view rooms were more expensive. Standard rooms were affordable, but those with family-friendly tents or designs cost more. Currently, the first and second canteens are not open, but they will be during peak season. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the beach. Inside the resort, there are individually-owned electric vehicles available for one, two, three, or four people, with different models. The price is a bit high at 69 yuan per hour. However, these are not affiliated with the hotel, so if there are any issues or disputes, the hotel will not intervene. After retrieving the item, she kept it properly and promptly notified me to pick it up. The process for handling lost items was standardized and reliable. For daily needs such as replenishment of room supplies and equipment maintenance, messages were responded to promptly, and on-site processing was efficient. After completing the check-out procedures, the butler proactively followed up online to comprehensively understand the pros and cons of my stay. I reported that the public area lighting at night was insufficient, causing inconvenience for passage. Wendy fully recorded this feedback and stated that she would coordinate with the engineering team to investigate and adjust each item. The butler's service awareness is strong; she doesn't shirk responsibility, actively collects guests' suggestions for improvement, and follows up on reporting them. The service is professional and attentive, and I am very satisfied.

My husband and I stayed in a mountain view king room. The room was spacious with a sofa, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning green mountain views. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom was also spacious with a separate wet and dry area. The service was top-notch and heartwarming. We received complimentary round-trip cable car tickets. Breakfast was plentiful. There was ample parking, and it was free upon checkout by scanning a QR code. During the day, we took the cable car up to the 2160 meadow and visited the 'earphone sculpture' on the mountainside. Pine forest hikes and sledding were all nearby. In the evening, there were illuminated cabins, folk music in the square, and craft beer with BBQ. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can order food, and hotel guests get a discount. We highly recommend 'Taiwu Night' for the iron flower fireworks, bonfire, and electronic music – it's just a few minutes' walk away. We enjoyed the mountain views during the day and the lights at night. It's a great place to escape the summer heat.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

Compared to the bustling Thaiwoo Ski Resort, I much preferred the tranquility of Genting Secret Garden Hotel. The design aesthetic was dark and minimalist, with a subtle Jurlique fragrance lingering in the air. Opening the curtains, I could gaze out at the distant Yushiliang Peak. I was so glad I arrived a few days before the Spartan race, allowing me to quietly soak in the beauty of the place. It was only a 500-meter walk to the main race venue, and after finishing, it was a quick 5-minute stroll back to the hotel for a hot shower! I'd definitely come back here for skiing in winter. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in summer, which my husband complained about for all four nights. I'd suggest the hotel install AC units in the rooms for the summer months! Minor incident: After checking out, we had already driven to Zhangbei Grassland when my husband realized he'd left his headphones at the hotel. We called the hotel, hoping for the best. The lovely lady from the reservations department contacted housekeeping to search for the lost headphones and immediately arranged for them to be sent via SF Express. Five-star service, truly!!!

Hygiene: Very clean, tidied up promptly every day. Environment: Super nice! I booked in advance and got a sea-view room. I could watch the sunrise and sunset perfectly in the morning and evening. Service: Compared to other places, the service is absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was very helpful. After checking in, you can add her on WeChat, and if you need anything, just say the word and it'll be delivered quickly. I highly recommend everyone to come here!

Stayed here on the second day of my competition. Overall, the facilities were quite good. It has a bamboo-themed decor. I booked a mountain view room with a balcony. Some rooms have them, some don't, and I later switched to one with a balcony. My online booking was 20 yuan more expensive than the walk-in rate, so if you're not in a hurry, it's worth checking the on-site prices before booking to compare. The room had two bathrooms. The toilet and shower were separate, and there was plenty of space. The room itself was also very large and even had a sofa. The air was incredibly fresh, and the views were stunning. It was also super convenient to get to Genting Theme Park. The air conditioning worked great. The only minor issue was that the bed creaked every time I turned over. Breakfast was excellent too, with a wide variety of options. I get the feeling this place would be incredibly convenient for skiing, as the slopes lead right to the hotel. I'd definitely come back in winter if I get the chance.

From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the entire experience was delightful. The lobby was grand and spotless, and Manager Bi always greeted me with a warm smile, which made me feel very welcome. My room had excellent natural light and a spacious view. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the pillows were comfortable too; I slept soundly until morning. Room service was very prompt; anything I requested usually arrived within ten minutes. Upon checkout, they even proactively asked about my stay, which shows their attention to detail. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

As someone with a pet, I was really satisfied with this pet-friendly hotel. From check-in to check-out, all the staff I encountered were very polite. The facilities are what you'd expect for a hotel of this brand and star rating, so there's not much to say there. The location is excellent; right outside is a plaza, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The hotel even thoughtfully provided breakfast for our furry friend. As pet owners, we made sure our dog wore a diaper in the room the whole time. What was really great was that there were no strange odors in either the room or the hallway. We met many other friendly dogs at the hotel, and everyone was very welcoming to pets. Next time we visit in the winter, we'll definitely bring our furry friend back to stay here.

We drove to Shanhaiguan and stayed for two nights. The hotel is located within the scenic area, making it convenient to visit the Bell Tower, First Pass Under Heaven, Jiao Mountain Great Wall, and the Great Wall Museum. The parking lot was also spacious enough. It's newly renovated, clean, and hygienic. The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, and the smart toilet was also clean. I've already recommended it to friends.
