This time I came during the start of the seafood season, but it wasn't peak season yet, so there were far fewer people. The lower floors were cheaper, while the higher-floor sea view rooms were more expensive. Standard rooms were affordable, but those with family-friendly tents or designs cost more. Currently, the first and second canteens are not open, but they will be during peak season. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the beach. Inside the resort, there are individually-owned electric vehicles available for one, two, three, or four people, with different models. The price is a bit high at 69 yuan per hour. However, these are not affiliated with the hotel, so if there are any issues or disputes, the hotel will not intervene. The hotel's front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional; they immediately provided room service even when called late at night. Many thanks!

My stay at Aranya NOA Resort far exceeded expectations! I booked the Single-Screen King Room, and the cleanliness was meticulous—even the corners were spotless. The overall ambiance of the hotel is very stylish with a strong sense of design; it’s quiet, healing, and the vacation vibe is simply unmatched. The staff were warm and attentive, responding promptly to any questions, and were both caring and polite. The facilities are brand new and well-maintained, offering a very high level of comfort. The location is convenient for visiting all the spots around Aranya. I spent two relaxing days here, far away from the hustle and bustle, feeling completely rejuvenated. I was satisfied with every aspect—it's a worthwhile place to stay when visiting Aranya. I will definitely consider staying here again next time and highly recommend it to friends looking for a getaway.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

My stay at the Hillside Hotel in Chongli this time exceeded my expectations! 1. Room: The room was very comfortable overall, and the toiletries were of good quality. There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided, which was perfectly fine since it's not hot in the mountains at night anyway. 2. Breakfast: The variety was quite rich, and I was very satisfied! 3. Bonus point: There's actually a self-service tea station next to the front desk! You can get a cup of your favorite hot tea anytime. 4. The service definitely deserves praise: All the staff members were very friendly. What touched me the most was the golf cart service – they drove us directly to Genting in heavy rain! The service was truly impeccable. 5. Minor regrets: McDonald's closed too early 😭 Same for the gym, I wish the operating hours could be extended a bit. The Chinese restaurant also didn't seem to be open much; I hope it will be next time! Summary: Great experience, I would recommend it to friends!

Even though it's the off-season right now, housekeeping still cleans daily. You can tell the hotel is getting ready for the upcoming snow season in an organized manner. ## Environment: The overall environment is pleasant. The cable car is affordable, and a stroll at the top of the mountain to enjoy the autumn scenery is truly unique. ## Service: The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all attentive and provided thoughtful responses.

I stayed at the Intercontinental for a few days while visiting Shijiazhuang. I have to say, the facilities are a bit old, and maintenance is just so-so. The bedside phone in the room had some issues, occasionally not connecting when trying to dial out. I stayed for two nights and didn't use the bathing facilities, so I can't comment on those. Let's talk mainly about the service. For a five-star hotel, service can compensate for aging facilities. Unfortunately, the Intercontinental's service was not great. As I was driving, the doorman at the hotel entrance wasn't very proactive. It took them a while to even help open the car door after looking at me. Once I parked and walked towards the entrance with my luggage, the doorman still made no move to assist. I observed the doormen whenever I entered and exited the hotel, and indeed, their service wasn't proactive enough. The front desk staff, however, had no issues. They were responsive, provided good service, and clearly explained everything. For the restaurant, I didn't book breakfast. Ctrip offered a complimentary voucher for consecutive stays, which my child mostly used, so I'm not sure about the variety of items. The restaurant staff were very enthusiastic. The lobby was quite disappointing. I had an item delivered to the hotel from JD.com, and when I returned, I asked a lobby staff member about my package. The lobby staff was leaning against the front desk counter, engrossed in their phone. When I asked my question, they simply gestured towards the front desk with their hand still holding the phone, implying I should ask the front desk staff. I've basically never encountered such service. I don't need overly enthusiastic service, but when a guest asks a question, one should at least have a proper attitude. This left a very bad impression. Other points: The hotel parking lot generally has enough spaces, though it gets a bit crowded at night. The hotel has about 10 charging piles, but they are all 7kW slow chargers, and the price isn't cheap, around 2 yuan. This isn't very friendly for electric vehicles. There are many fast-charging options nearby which can compensate. It's very close to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping convenient. Next to the hotel is Locomotive Street, which can be a bit noisy at night, but it's very convenient for finding food. The guest rooms offer traditional hotel services; the minibar is not free, but there's complimentary bottled water in the elevator lobby, which is very helpful for families traveling. That's all I have to say. I hope they improve their service. With the development of Shijiazhuang, many new hotels are opening. If they don't improve, this prime location and the Intercontinental brand will be wasted.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and they even gave us a free upgrade since we had two seniors with us. When the elderly complained about the AC not being cool enough at night, someone came to fix it immediately. Our own room had a view of Taiwoo Night, and it was especially beautiful when they released sky lanterns after the evening performance. The hotel breakfast was also very rich, and they even had different options for the two mornings we stayed. The hotel pool was very clean, and the gym, though not huge, had a lot of equipment. Plus, staying at the hotel got us a 20% discount on the cable car. The mountain scenery was breathtaking, and after the rain, there was a rainbow arching over the valley, like a painting. There were also tons of entertainment options at the foot of the mountain. In the evening, the hotel bar had a live singer, and their smoky, boozy voice was absolutely amazing! Next time I come to Taiwoo, I'll definitely stay here again!

If you're coming to Shanhaiguan, you absolutely have to stay here! It's right next to the First Pass Under Heaven, and you step out directly onto the ancient city wall. The small courtyard has an antique charm, and the ambiance is simply amazing. The room was sparkling clean, and the bedding was super soft. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back here was incredibly relaxing. It's perfectly suited for family trips. Book it without hesitation – you won't regret it!

First time staying here and we booked an ocean view room. We were lucky enough to catch the sunrise today, and I'd like to thank the front desk staff for helping us change rooms—the 6th floor is a great spot to enjoy the sunrise over the sea. After dinner, I went to the 11th-floor gym; it was very clean and fully equipped with towels, bottled water, etc. The beach is pristine, but since the weather has turned cold, I didn't get to try the infinity pool. Looking forward to experiencing it next time!

I feel that this is much better than most of ”youth hostels” in China. Nice vibe, clean, friendly staff, good internet, good location. It has its own bar/cafe which is both an advantage (if I had more time, I would love to relax over a beer there), and a problem (it got quite noisy at night). Chengde is a very touristy town, but it's also a nice place to relax if you have more time.
