GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

KKevin_suixinsuoyuWith the high temperatures in Suzhou and Hangzhou, this is a great escape to the heat in the northwest, featuring a lovely guesthouse village. Nan'an is the largest guesthouse complex in the area, with 40 rooms out of a total of 100. This time, we stayed at Taojiaying West House, with a swimming pool in front and a farm/ranch/ranch in the back – very pleasant. The room details were also very well done, suitable for large families or groups of friends.
Both restaurants in the village are good for breakfast: 🌻Xiangke (more variety),
🍜Lao Wang Ji Breakfast & Midnight Canteen. Special praise to Nan'an's management team, including Da Yuan and her group; they communicated with us before our arrival and were very attentive. During our stay, our drone got stuck in a tree in the yard, and the management team helped us find a solution from evening until morning, finally fixing it with a tree trunk over ten meters long.
- Climb the Great Wall (five-minute climb to the top) for panoramic views of the Yellow River and the village.
- Feeding lambs, riding camels, milking goats.
I call it the Yellow River version of ”Wuzhen Village”; the entire village has an integrated design with a Mediterranean feel, perfect for photos.

AAnonymous UserWe chose the Kempinski in Yinchuan, and the location is excellent. Across the road are the Ningxia Museum, the Municipal People's Government, the Science and Technology Museum, and the International Convention and Exhibition Center.
Daisy checked us in, upgraded our room type, and gave us access to the executive lounge, making the experience truly fantastic.
We encountered a small issue with the room, and Daisy resolved it very quickly.
The breakfast selection was rich and varied. The executive lounge was excellent; the afternoon tea biscuits were delicious, and the dinner featured a carefully curated menu with comprehensive nutritional elements, both visually appealing and tasty.
Staff in all departments were very responsible, and housekeeping service was also great.
I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

MMengluneChecked in for a one-night stay on October 9th. The starry sky that night was absolutely breathtaking and totally worth the room rate! The butler reached out a day in advance and sent over the schedule of activities. Compared to the No. 7 Starry Sky and S Tent where we stayed the previous two days, Tengol is a huge step up—it has a real resort vibe, and the professional photography here yields incredible, highly photogenic shots.
The room is very spacious with a huge bed, and the first round of drinks in the minibar is complimentary. The complimentary off-road vehicle ride offers scenery just as stunning as the one inside Shapotou, saving us from the crowded tourist zones over there. The evening show was heartfelt and well worth watching; the camel ride, horses, molten iron fireworks (da tie hua), and folk songs were all fantastic. Getting to watch them up close felt like having VIP seats. The stargazing session took place right outdoors under the night sky, which was an amazing experience. The instructor was great, and we even got to see Saturn's rings through the telescope! Plus, some generous guests set off fireworks for us to enjoy every now and then, haha. There are also optional professional photoshoot packages available, which are an absolute must for souvenirs! Breakfast was also miles ahead of the previous two places—both exquisite and delicious. Finally, our butler arranged a car to take us to the airport. A perfect single-night stay—I will definitely come back for a second visit!

The hotel facilities are excellent, the toiletries were all clean, and the room cleaning was very thorough. The EV charging stations are a major highlight – there were about 10 'Didi' chargers, always with available spots and they charged quickly, which is perfect for electric car owners. The only downside was the lack of heating in the room. The temperature difference between day and night in Yinchuan is quite significant, so it got pretty cold at night.

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay.

DDarenyaThis stay truly exceeded my expectations! It's a beautiful vineyard estate with lush greenery, offering a tranquil and cozy environment. You can cycle and stroll around the grounds, visit the winery, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful.
What I'm most incredibly grateful for is that around 10 PM on the night of our check-in, I suddenly felt unwell. However, my partner couldn't leave our young, sleeping child. In a moment of panic, one of the team members in the housekeeper chat proactively offered help. Even more remarkably, the manager immediately drove me to the hospital for treatment, accompanied me through all the examinations, and stayed with me until past midnight. I'm truly, incredibly grateful.
The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. But most importantly, the staff here are genuinely warm and helpful. The manager extended a helping hand when a guest needed it most, acting like family even though we're not. It's truly difficult to encounter such an unexpected situation when traveling, but thankfully, the manager and housekeepers were so warm and helped me through it smoothly. As a guest, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Helan Mountain. It was a truly warm and special accommodation experience. My sincere thanks again to everyone at Dayuezhiye, Helan Mountain. Thank you all, and I wish you all a smooth and increasingly better life!!

GGuest UserThe biggest surprise of my trip to Zhongwei was staying at the Xiang Tengger Desert Hotel. Deep in the Tengger Desert, far from the hustle and bustle, the dedicated shuttle service made check-in hassle-free, saving us the trouble of driving into the sand ourselves. The rooms were clean and dry, which is quite rare for a desert environment, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. During the day, we enjoyed playing on the sand dunes, with plenty of activities like sandboarding and other desert adventures that kept the kids entertained. In the evening, we waited for the stunning desert sunset, and after dark, there was a bonfire party and fireworks. Looking up, we could see the brilliant Milky Way – the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. The staff were warm and attentive, quickly resolving any issues we had. Overall, it perfectly blended wilderness adventure with comfort, making it ideal for a family trip. If I ever return to the Zhongwei desert, I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe tents had brand new bedding, a cozy layout, and a complete range of amenities, all conveniently located.
The bathroom and toilet facilities were complete, and the entire scenic area had electricity and internet (with fast speeds). The restaurant had a wide variety of dishes, and the entertainment options were healthy, environmentally friendly, fun, and meaningful for the whole family.
I especially commend Xiaochao, the butler. He was very attentive, kind, and welcoming. I'll definitely stay with him again if I visit Tengri again.

GGuest UserTraveling with kids, this hotel was a perfect stay! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the public areas were neat and bright. The front desk staff, especially X and Y, were very enthusiastic and G was quick to respond to our needs. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so our child wasn't disturbed. Toiletries were well-stocked. There are many dining options nearby, and getting around is convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money. Our entire stay was comfortable, and they really paid attention to the details. It's ideal for family trips, and I've already recommended it to friends and family planning their travels!
